Vince Skelly is a graphic designer working in Portland. In 2011 he received his degree in Visual Communications from San Francisco State University. Since then, Vince has been working actively as a freelance designer.
From 2009–2011 Vince served as manager and exhibit designer for the art gallery at San Francisco State University.
