Kristi started her creative career in web design in 1999 and branched into print & publications design in 2003. She recently teamed up with Works Progress Design to further business development, expand their social media presence, and tackle a variety of print and web projects.

Previously, Kristi worked at We Are Titans as a Designer & User Experience Engineer, applying her knack for branding and web design to a diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications. During the five years prior, she worked at Organization Management Group, Inc. (OMG), where she managed all advertising, marketing, social media, print and web projects for several in-house companies and international, national, regional, and local non-profit associations.

Kristi holds an AAS in Information Systems Technology with a specialization in the Internet/Web Development, and is also a member of AIGA, the professional association for design, and is currently serving as President of their Hampton Roads Chapter.
