While earning a BFA in graphic design from the University of Georgia, I was gaining real world experience in silk screen shops, newspapers, and magazines. After graduation, my experiences grew to include in-house departments, large agencies, and boutique studios on both freelance and full-time arrangements.

Working with some stand out creative directors, I was able to expand my skill set from print and identity to include art direction and web design. All the while, refining my client relation and project management skills.

My experiences allow me to lead effectively in our constantly evolving world of communication and advertising. I enjoy studying all things about design and related industries. It is my goal to see design elevated in the business world and have designers recognized as strategic partners rather than being viewed as just a pair of hands used to execute other people’s ideas. A proud member of AIGA, I believe that our professional organizations will help us accomplish those goals.
