The Urban Alphabet is a series of photographs taken in Manhattan over several weeks as I embarked on an investigative trek from one side of New York City to the other.
Drawing on my love for typography and iconography, I photographed signs and urban fragments to depict geographic locations, organizing them into a graphic alphabet.
