Goal: Create a series of studies of modern typographic movements and provide historical information about the same.
Audience: American undergraduate students studying visual communication/ graphic design
This project is an exploration into the typographic movements of the 20th century. Futurism, Dada, De Stijl, Constructivism, Bauhaus and Swiss are the movements discussed, since they brought about an evolution in typography. By using the typographic design styles of the respective movements in each poster, I've tried highlighting their distinct characteristics.
