Chicago’s natural beauty and iconic urban landscape inspire the annual
Tulips on the Magnificent Mile Campaign. During the activities, art and
flowers converge to illuminate the vision set forth by 19th-century
architect and urban planner Daniel Burnham. This springtime event is
known for a series of architect-designed sculptures that reinterpret
North Michigan Avenue. The main graphic features bright pink tulips set
against the stark silhouette of the Hancock Building, home of a Tulips
Flower Market in early May. Our comprehensive imaging and communications
campaign set the tone for the celebration and included a city
information panel, street pole banners, a map, e-blasts, garden signs
and promotional member offers.
