Photos from Typography & Printing in Northern Italy at the Tipoteca Italiana in May 2012.
  • In May of 2012 I had the opportunity to travel to Cornuda, Italy as part of a study abroad program Typography & Printing in Northern Italy. I was part of a group of fourteen students from the University of Kansas who hand-set and printed a book entitled 13:1, Lost in Translation over a period of three full workdays. We worked under the instruction of Master Printer Alessandro Zanella, and instructors Linda Samson Talleur and Andrea Herstowski. These are a few pictures of this once in a lifetime experience.
