A self sustaining restaurant named Till, Till is based upon the word Tilth meaning healthy soil. Till grows all it's own produce and herbs on site, composts all of it's organic waste, practically eliminating the massive carbon footprint produced by most of the worlds food chain.
Shipped food loses nutrients and flavor. Several studies have shown the average distance food travels from farm to plate is 1,500 miles. A week long (or more) delay from harvest to dinner table, sugars turn to starches, plant cells shrink and produce looses it's vitality.
Our food is grown on site and is picked the same day it is served to you. It's crisp, sweet and loaded with flavor.
