Theory to Practice Research magazine is published in partnership with the College of Education at Lehigh University. The magazine issue prominently featured the college’s long-history of international humanitarian work in a cover story titled, “Education Held Hostage.” The magazine also featured ongoing programming in Cambodia and South Africa, as well as a photo essay of the Centennial School shot by Larry Fink. The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) awarded Theory to Practice, a national grand gold award in the Individual Institutional Relations Publications category and only one grand gold was awarded. TheThe CASE judges raved in their congratulatory email to Lehigh—“It was just a beautiful use of illustration, photography and typography, not to mention the interesting content and reader-friendly format.”
