This Project was to redesign the cover of a book of our choice in 4 different ways; 1 in the style of an Illustrator, 1 by a Designer, 1 by a Photographer, and 1 by a Fine Artist. I chose The Great Gatsby not only because I enjoy the book but also because the original cover is so iconic that I wanted to see what I could do to challenge that. My goal was to modernize the cover without losing the 1920s feel that is so key to the book. The themes of money, love, alcohol/parties, and high society inspired my designs and are key elements in each of the covers.
