- Terra Flora Identity System
Nichole Marsh- Graphic Designer - Terra Flora is a company that I concepted and designed all materials for. The idea behind Terra Flora was to bring nature inside places that normally lack greenery and fresh air. My concept was a company called Terra Flora that installs and maintains glass flooring with green blooming gardens below the glass. The target market is for high end hotel chains in large cities. The gardens would act as an exhibit to be admired by the public, and as an efficient source of oxygen into a large space.
When designing the materials for Terra Flora I chose a bright clean color scheme of white and a variety of greens. The typeface is a soft classic serif, making it accessible and not overly modern.
The images below display the various materials designed for Terra Flora:
Stationary System
Catalog Design
Uniform Design
Ad Campaign
The stationary system for Terra Flora has a bright white and green color scheme. I kept it clean and simple on the exterior and added a surprise of grass on the inside of the envelopes. This ties into my concept of finding nature in unexpected places. To correspond with the envelopes, I added the grass texture to the letterhead and business card.
The catalog for Terra Flora explains what the company does and how the process works. I chose an environmental paper, giving the catalog softer feel than the stationary system.

My concept for the catalog was to tell the audience something about Terra Flora without them having to read any text. Terra Flora uses science to maintain a flourishing garden indoors, while creating a work of art. Therefore my concept for the catalog was the combination of art and science. I was inspired by watercolor and vintage botanical charts.

Terra Flora uniform design. The slogan I created reads " Planting the Seed."
3 series print Ad Campaign. I stuck with my concept of finding nature in unexpected places. In this series I used photo manipulation to contrast the gray urban environment with the bright green natural world.
