State Fair Infographic

With the Utah State Fair as a general topic, the goal of this project was to create a multi-layered infographic based on data collected over the course of two visits to the fair. It quickly became clear to me that the star of the fair was the deep fried foods offered throughout the fairgrounds. After observation, questions, and sampling, I created a poster to explain the options available, single out the most popular items sold, share the frightening nutritional information, and put to rest the idea that fried food is too expensive. The final poster is 17.5' x 56'.
