  • Sprint challenged us to revamp and revitalize their non-branded Employee Rewards and Recognition Program. The initial step was to develop a brand and communications strategy that would create overall more employee engagement.

    creative approach:
    To elevate the Sprint employee program to the next level of participation the brand and communication tactics required a focus on the premise that engagement creates positivity, productivity, pride and that Individual success leads to collective success. If the individual employee succeeds, Sprint will succeed.
