A display face. - I don't hide my love for type very well; my notebooks are choc-full of hand-drawn letterforms, I'm constantly perusing new typefaces, and I may have gone so far as to get an ampersand tattoo. That said, I nearly had a heart attack when I learned we'd be designing typefaces in my Advanced Typography course.
I created Ribbon Candy as a display face mixing three of my favorite things: 1960's mod stripes, holiday candies, and mixing patterns.
