Mary Baker Eddy's writings are translated into 16 languages. We needed a cover for reprints that could be adapted to any language and size, and would look great either offset or digital press. The branding elements of the Cross and Crown seal and Mary Baker Eddy's signature are consistent, while book dimensions, colors, and titles shift.
My role: Graphic Designer
My responsibilities: template design, adapting the template for country of reprint with sensitivity to the meaning of colors in other countries
Production: for offset we use one Pantone color and one metallic ink on white cover stock; for digital it is changed to 4 color, no metallic, on white cover stock
