This project branded and promoted the short film 'Primeval Light' by Julie Hembree. The film focuses on a boy who finds that he has been missing out on a life giving force, the Sun. Living in a world where the digital screen occupies the lives of his family, the boy seeks out natural light from the Sun. The film deals with the effects of substituting natural beauty with a human-created reality.
This poster set reflected the film's goals of highlighting areas where we have replaced natural forms of light with what is man-made.
This series won 'Best Film Campaign Design' for the 2012 Union University Student Film Festival, sponsored by Union University's student AIGA chapter.
