PolyMUN

I have been doing Model United Nations since my freshman year in high school, so when I was asked to create an Identity for the Model United Nations team at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I immediately said yes!

I wanted to pull from the United Nations logo, but create a unique mark at the same time. I created the "Poly" typeface that has more of a youthful and playful vibe (because we DO have lots of fun while participating in MUN) and combined it with the more formal aspects of the serif typeface of "MUN" .

I also wanted to have an area where words or dates could be placed (at the end of the "y".

The logo was used for the credentials and placards for the conference, as well as the PolyMUN Conference website, information packet, posters, and various other conference materials.
