    Project 1 – Personal Logo

The goal of this assignment was to create two personal logo designs; one to be used as a formal personal identity and the second as an informal illustrated mark.
  • Formal Logo
This mark was inspired by my interest in geometric shapes, negative space, and how they can work together to create simple and dynamic designs. The letter "T" is a clear representation of my first name, while the outter shapes suggest the periphery of a clock's face, abstractly signifying my last name, "Wait."
  • Informal Logo
This mark is a fun and simple illustration suggesting who I am/what I look like. Simplicity is key when designing a logo, so I decided to illustrate only the boldest of features to represent my everyday appearance. The Wayfarer-styled sunglasses subtly contain the letter "T" on each frame corner to suggest my first name.
  • Formal Logo Animation
Each hour of the face subtly fades in clockwise, reinforcing the suggestion of a clock. When the clock is complete, the logo's centerpiece fades in along with my name.
  • Thank you!
