Modern Innovators DVD Series

The Modern Innovators Series profiles creative thinkers across a variety of disciplines and finds common methods, habits and mindsets that help bring breakthrough ideas into being. This is a thoughtful, intimate, often funny look at the creative process straight from the brains of some of our culture’s most accomplished and inspiring talents. This project showcases the creative process of Dieter Rams, Steve Jobs, Philip Johnson, and Charles Eames. My design emphasizes a common trait of each designer; the use of geometric forms.  Each cover has a geometric form that references their own work. The removable inside insert contains a design philosophy of each innovator. The inside case design features the same geometric form from the cover of each designer. This geomteric form also connects to the label of the DVD.
