Milwaukee Night 2012

Milwaukee is a beautiful city at night. I took these photographs during summer of 2012 in various areas of downtown. The focus was the lighting and street environment of the city. There seems to be a divide between the upscale downtown (Milwaukee Art Museum, River Walk) and the center of downtown (City Hall area). Night photography lends itself to create quiet images, ones containing no people. I wanted to capture the idea of people moving around and going about their daily lives on this summer night.
