- The following 78 page book was a research project over one semester focusing on a topic of my choosing. Each week small projects were created to find the insights into our topic that only comes from thorough research. I chose to concentrate on the McDonald's franchise and how they've affected our environment, nutrition, culture, and politics and then the opportunities for McDonald's to change and become a positive role model for fast-food chains. The book was written, designed, printed, and bound by me. The design combined sickening quotes with delicious looking food for the ultimate impact.
