This piece is apart of "The Visual Word" pieces I did. The word that I wanted to visually represent was one of the Seven Deadly Sins, and I chose "Lust". For most people, lust is seen as something desirable in a sexual way. I wanted to call attention to the definition that I see more frequently; lust being an unobtainable desire, an emotional force that compells one to want someone or something so bad, even though it is unrealistic.
I wanted to portray how people (especially young girls) lust after celebrities. I chose the Jonas Brothers because of their crazied fan base, and decided to create a journal of what I thought one of those fans would have.
