Description
This project is a conceptual piece that examines the history, evolution, and type choice of the logos of Kodak, Canon, and FujiFilm. When holding the piece, the viewer pulls the tab of the roll, as if to start a 35mm roll of film into a camera. The first section that is pulled is the earliest of their logos, progressing through the years to the logos used in present day. The piece can then be wound back into the canister and stored back in its container. This project was completed as a part of a Principles in Typography course.
