This is my version of Steven Spielberg's Lincoln. This ‘one-sheet’ alternative design uses a profile image of lead actor Daniel Day-Lewis that is forward facing similar to the iconic position of Lincoln on the "penny". This darker, richer version, using black as a primary tone, adds a more dramatic effect that ties in more harmoniously with the look of the film. The film’s self-title, ‘Lincoln’ was taken from a sample of Lincoln's actual signature. A more appropriate use of a 'logo' that gave the campaign a recognizable and personal touch.
