Description
These pieces are three of the prints I made in letterpress. Two of the three focus on the overlapping of the ampersand. The last project is a printed "Green Eggs and Ham" book by Dr. Seuss.

Fall 2012: The University of Kansas

Below are a series of letterpress prints I made. The first two different patterns represent the overlapping of the ampersand (&.) The ampersand is such a dynamic character within type and it happens to be my favorite. By only using 3 colors in both of the patterns below, the overlapping of print and color combine to form new colors.

The last images are for a book we were to create. I wanted to do something fun and lighthearted, so I chose Dr. Seuss' "Green Eggs & Ham." This book was printed all on one solid piece of tabloid (11 x17) paper that has been cut and folded.
