Every month people who work in the environmental field, the eco curious and the environmentally minded meet up at informal sessions known as Green Drinks. Green Drinks is an international event with over 525 chapters worldwide. Green Drinks Charlotte meets the second Thursday with a great selection of people ranging from Architects to Builders, Scientists, Organic Farmers and more.

  • Lafayette Tower at 801 Seventeenth Street, developed and built by Louis Dreyfus Property Group, is the first building in Washington to qualify for LEED Platinum Certification. Overlooking the White House and Lafayette Square, the building is set apart from the competition by its location, amenities, base building materials and floor size. The brochure was designed to depict this high-end architecural masterpiece along with showcase it's location and amenities to brokers and potential leasing tenants.
