La Voz de MIDA is an internal magazine for the food distribution corporations and associations in Puerto Rico. The association has a long history and a breadth of members.
The re-design took place in 2011 with extreme budget constraints and a dubious staff board. The presented re-design was approved unanimously by the whole board during one fo their most important meetings.
Clarity, order and reading efficiency were the aim of the re-design process. Readers do not have the luxury of time, so information needed to be direct and effective.
New grids, typography and color systems were established.
