Before LBG had a Corporate Communications Department, there were no recognized branding standards or policies. The logo appeared different in almost every instance, and the messaging was inconsistent. In the last few years, we have worked to develop an identity manual that documents our history and evolution, and sets clear standards for how LBG should be presented. An online company toolkit site was developed to make logos, templates, the identity manual and more available to all employees and broaden the general knowledge of branding to employees. The company website was redesigned, new brochures were developed, and our new office space was designed to match our branding standards.
