Custom Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Invitation by Amilladesign.
The happy couple met each other in high school when the groom was a wrestler and the bride a wrestling cheerleader. Wrestling Symbolism: The groom has "thrown in the towel" because the bride has "finally pinned him". This custom promotional print piece carries the symbolism through by incorporating small towels, accordion fold invitations, ribbon and hand painted diaper pins. 30 custom invitations were sent by mail via white mailing tubes. The invitation sent to the bride and grooms' house contained a diaper pin which was actually given to the groom by the bride during in high school.

    The Wrestling Symbolism: The groom has "thrown in the towel" because the bride has "finally pinned him".

    We carried this symbolism through by incorporating small towels and hand painted diaper pins. The invitation sent to the bride and groom contained a diaper pin which was actually given to the groom by the bride in high school.
  • Each invitation was delivered in a white mailing tube. The towel was rolled up and tied with a ribbon.
  • The colors were chosen based on the grooms' alma mater, the University of Tennessee.
  • Tennessee wildflowers were selected fir the bouquets
  • Each card was hand cut, folded and assembled.
  • St. Louis Print Company sourced the towels and the screen printing.
