Description
The following works were from my Venice study abroad semester (Spring 2011).
I took the following courses: Intaglio, Lithography, Graphic Design and Typography and a Murano Glass course.
  • Venice Studio Arts Study Abroad
    A Few Works from Abroad: Spring 2011
  • From Murano glass bead making, lithography, intaglio, book making and poster design.


  • Clear encased murano glass beads shaped as disks strung on leather based string // Red
  • Clear encased murano glass beads shaped as disks strung on leather based string // Green 
  • Typography Event Poster for renowned typographer, Zuzana Licko. She designed the typeface Mrs Eaves.Since Mrs Eaves was a revamp of Baskerville, I created a typographic metamorphosis of Baskerville letterform to a Mrs Eaves letterform. Licko enjoys updating classical typefaces such as Filosophia; an update of Badoni.

  • Intaglio: Chine Colle 
  • Intaglio: Dry point, pressed materials, softground

  • Color Lithography Experiment: Splatter technique with ink and fountain pen
