Mark and branding concept for “In the Garden” retail store.
To brand a retail store upstart with a casual, uplifiting and slightly quirky feel.
Inspiration came from trying to replicate the bright, optimistic and content feeling of a spring garden through marks. Refer to my photojournaling blog "Inspiration in the Garden" for more.
The final mark utilizes playful curves with an Art Nouveau flair and stylized illustration techniques. The branding is not confined by a color palette but tends toward the bright. Art Nouveau inspired details from the mark are carried through in packaging concepts.
