Stefan Sagmeister asked us to create a project based on something we've learned in our lives so far. Through the years, it's become clear to me that imperfections make life more interesting – not only in terms of ourselves and our bodies, but also when it comes to the creative process and our overall life course. I created this stop motion video, using only hair on the shower wall, to express this idea.

    Through the years, it’s become clear to me that imperfections make life more interesting – not only in terms of ourselves and our bodies, but also when it comes to the creative process and our overall life course. To express this idea, I experimented with my own hair on the shower wall as a medium for text and image. The fragility of the hair itself, and my inability to make anything “perfect” with it, speaks to the overall message of the piece.
