- Historic Oakwood Candlelight Tour
branding, experience, wayfinding - Our team worked to revamp a Christmas event for a historically rich neighborhood in downtown Raleigh, NC. Each designer took on a different aspect of the design; I worked on a map and wayfinding system for the Candlelight Tour that guides guests through the neighborhood, yet encourages them to explore on their own. Our team agreed that all of our deliverables should make use of the rich designs, patterns, and typography, particularly address numbers, found within the neighborhood.The wayfinding system (below) I created was meant match the antique and traditional (and holiday) spirit of the neighborhood, so I chose the humble route of the luminary.Team Members: Nick Romanos, Amanda Gregory, Erin Choplin and myself
