When Louis Dreyfus changed its employee health benefits in 2007, it wanted a new brand and brochure that was approachable, transparent and friendly. By creating the new brand along with the sophisticated icon system, each benefit was categorized with the appropriate identifier and color coded making it easy for employees to find their way around the new benefits packages.
