- The Grate Steak
Rebranding a local franchise. - The Grate Steak is a steak house where diners can cook their steak over a large open pit grill in the center of the restaurant. I felt that the menu system did not fit the pricing of the restaurant, which averaged thirty dollars a head. The logo is ambiguous, representing both grill marks on a steak and the flames of the grill itself.
