This was a student typography project, exploring the versatility and imagery that can be created solely with typeface, color, and form.
I chose "the Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll as his text was also about exploring form and utilizing language less as a means of conveying information, and more about language as an artform. The use of "nonsense" words in prose suited the ideas I had for the project.
The final work, once folded into 4 inch sections, flows from one frame to the next and incorporates the lack of traditional rules and boundaries that normally surround the idea of a book.
