This project was to create a Film Festival using a style of a Modernist Designer. I chose to use to style of Ludwig Van Hohlwein. His style of simplistic illustration and his hand done typography was very inspiring to me. My Film Festival was a series of Will Farrell Movies: Old School, Talladega Nights, Stepbrothers and Anchorman. My illustrations represent his emotional outbursts in each movie since he is very known for his screaming outbursts. Each illustration was hand drawn digitally and the typography was also. The colors are pulled from the movie cover designs to show consistency.
