The old fairy tale of "The Fisherman and His Wife" is retold with found text and multiple layers in this modified book. The Fairytale tells the story of a modest fisherman and his greedy wife. The fisherman catches a spirt fish and lets him go free, but his wife pressures him to seek repayment. Nothing seems to be enough for his wife, each time she sends him back for more the spirit get more upset and the weather reflects his mood. the story is conveyed through found phrases from magazines, a mixture of representational and abstract imagery, color and pattern.
