Large international consumer conference - B2C Event
International communications to Macintosh developers around the world. Overall attendance at WWDC increased by 40%. Achieved significant increases inall segments of attendees: Inhouse +138.6%; Commercial + 22.7%; International + 25%. Overall WWDC attendance was the highest in its history.
Developing for two conscutive years, the design, communcation strategy and production of this annual event, including magazine ads, direct mail, brochures and posters, invitation packages, a trade show kit, an on-line game and a comprehensive conference website.
On-site communication elements included a custom brewed beer, conference guides, registration material, agenda and tradeshow brochures, posters, banners and indoor and outdoor signage.

The national consumer campaign included a promotional microsite and print invitations, bar posters, banners and flyers, as well as give-aways like T-shirts and CD-organizers.

International Travel Incentive Event and Conference - B2B Event
To elevate the SunRise event to the next level of engagement,every attendee received a high-end smart phone, engaging the audience with audience polling & voting, text messaging to a large wall of screens diplaying a scrolling list of all participants and allowing to communicte as an individual with the larger group of participants.
The phones containing custom developed applications to view site maps, check schedules to connect with other attendees, update and change conference agenda information, enabled SUN to drastically reduce the need for printed materials.The campaign included monthly emails, a program web site, brochures,invitation packages, smart phones with custom applications, a large interactive multi media wall, conference big stage designs, re-usable on-site signage systems including reception stations consisting of fully recycable cardboard desks.

Rewarding and recognizing only the top ranking performers with an invitation to the prestigious INSIGHTS conference which is providing first hand financial product information to Morgan Stanley advisors and managers.
The post-event INSIGHTS magazine, with it’s articles and interviews, promotes to all 18.000 national advisors the relevancy of this annual event.
Over the course of four days, 6 writers and 4 photographers documented the entire event and provided on a daily bases all the content material to produce a 40-60 page magazine to be printed and released 2 weeks following the event.
