"Lissitzky & Friedman: Essays on Typography" was originally designed in 2010 for a typography course taken with Douglass Scott. I have redesigned and edited this piece to showcase the development of my typography and layout abilities.
The font is Whitney, a type family originally developed for New York’s Whitney Museum by Hoefler & Frere-Jones. The book is hand-bound using a variation of a stab binding technique.
