We were faced with the challenge of getting recent college grads to intern at this top 4 accounting firm. Research reveals that until college students encounter Ernst & Young's people and culture, the distinction isn’t apparent. The Big Four blur, they call it. And the search for talent is even more competitive as hi-tech is also a very glamorous destination for smart business majors.

  • We were faced with the challenge of getting recent college grads to intern at this top 4 accounting firm. Research reveals that until college students encounter Ernst & Young's people and culture, the distinction isn’t apparent. The Big Four blur, they call it. And the search for talent is even more competitive as hi-tech is also a very glamorous destination for smart business majors.
  • After the concept was executed, we dressed the ads in EY's branding guidelines for client-side use.

  • We also executed this concept online in dynamic sliding banners.
  • Lastly, we created a Devil Unit ad experience. In the ad experience, we took viewers on a journey of what Ernst & Young offers, where you could go, and how to get there. We included videos, interactive maps linked with social media, and a game.
