For one of my summer internship applications I was given the task of developing a brand identity for a fictional micro-brewery. Kilcully's is a staple in Nashville and has strong ties to the the music scene there. The company is planning on expanding into their first new market—Cleveland. Kilcully's requested a logo, bottle label, promotional poster, website, and two marketing ideas for their expansion.
In developing the brand, I felt that the bast way to market Kilcully's in Cleveland would be to maintain its relationship with music. Instead of country, however, the market expansion would focus on Cleveland's affiliation with Rock and Roll.
