I designed a self-mailing brochure that addresses the current state of school lunch programs in California. In the project, I created a visual response to a recent New York Times opinion column about the connection between the food industry, processed foods and school lunches. One side of
the brochure included the full text of this column, a message from our class to Carol Chase at the California Department of Education, and a mailing panel. The interior of the brochure was a poster that promotes healthier school lunches in California for elementary school children.
