Conceptually, a boxer is constantly at defense with their hands up until they're ready to make their next move. Additionally, a boxer is always on the move so if they trust Degree to actively respond to their body, so should you. - The second video is promoting Degree Motion for women.
Dancing is all about motion, the motion of the body, arms, legs, and even facial expressions.
