Minimalist Hangul
  • This is an experiment playing with the Korean Alphabet "Hangul" I tried to create a illustrative and silhouette stylized interpretation.
The concept for this was to move the modular nature of the Korean alphabet (Which is very distinguishable / dissectable in a word) and "bake" it; resulting (or rather forcing) the alphabet from a modular system to a composite system. (very hard to dissect visually / distinguish)
In Hangul, the consonants are usually even and clean, while the vowels are very chaotic and sporadic. In the traditional written / typed Korean Hangul, it is rather the opposite. The visuals on the consonants are more chaotic than the vowels.
