Commercial Direct Retail Brand and Environment Design
As a subsidiary of Bayview Financial, L.P., Commercial Direct offers a direct-to-borrower commercial mortgage origination program. Conducting their business mainly through an online presence, Commercial Direct saw an opportunity through a retail environment to raise visibility, build credibility, and eventually generate business amongst local small business owners and referral sources.
The original Commercial Direct logo and tagline were never intended to be used in a physical store nor some of the potential marketing mediums. The challenge was to develop a retail-specific Commercial Direct brand experience designed to work in the context of a retail store as well as a variety of other marketing/advertising mediums, including in-store collateral, environmental design, TV, billboards, and ambient.
