  • This is a short pamphlet about Chip Kidd, a designer for Knopf. I also wrote the copy. It was exhausting.
  • I know, I know. What a stupid pun.
  • I love this spread, mostly because of that Batman comic done by a friend of Kidd's. It really shows how fabulous everyone is, from Batman to Kidd to Robin.
  • "One glance at my Fall 1986 appointment diary makes it all look so easy - move to New York, go on a zillion interviews, get a great job. In exactly a month."
