Description
CLD Pacific Grain was a Pacific Northwest regional joint venture between Louis Dreyfus Corporation and Cargill Incorporated. CLD Pacific Grain handled and traded a variety of grain commodities within the Pacific Northwest as well as operated ten grain handling facilities throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. With this new joint venture, a new logo was needed to brand the company. Creating the modern grain stock illustration for the mark and using a similar color palette as Louis Dreyfus, the brand held a cohesiveness and uniformity with Louis Dreyfus’ historical worldwide image.
