- I recently printed these because I like to be able to leave my contact information with people when we meet. My intent was to create a simple card that represents clarity and efficiency. I did the project on a tight budget within a couple of days because potential clients would ask me if I had a business card and I did not. I do not like the feeling of being unprepared.Therefore I sat down and though of some ways I'd like to represent myself through a printed business card. One of the first things that came to mind was clarity. I wanted to send a clear message of who I am and what it is I do to potential clients and affiliates . I choose Helvetica Neue as a font in order to speak to a design style that represents efficiency. It's readability also stood out to me as a great representation of clarity.I plan to develop the concept of this card over the years while at the same time maintaing a simple message that reads with clarity. Efficiency and clarity are two principles that I base my creative process around.
