Bookjigs, Spring 2012

  • Franklin Mill has again asked us to create new product and packaging for their line of gift store products known as Bookjigs, a new style of bookmark. We started working with the company a few years ago, consulting on brand strategy and naming, followed by packaging design for their existing products. We then proposed that we redesign the Bookjigs themselves, along with new coordinated packaging. Demand from the marketplace for the new design prompted our latest effort. We created two new themes, coastal and floral, with six Bookjigs each. Using the same art, we also created a new line of notebooks, which extends the product line beyond the original concept. The Bookjigs have won multiple design awards and recognition.
